Aoife is very well known to many of our pet food customers, and is interested in all types of animals – but has a particular passion for dogs.

She qualified from University College Dublin with a Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1998, and then spent a number of years working as a veterinary surgeon in both large and small animal practice before becoming the Quality Manager at Connolly’s RED MILLS in 2007.

She subsequently took up the position of Research and Development Officer at RED MILLS, overseeing the R&D activities of the company.
